OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 99! Day 28 of the ketober challenge!

Hi everyone: It's day 99 of omad and day 28 of the keto ketober challenge. Here is what I ate today! I had Vietnamese food for the first time. It was so good and I did find a keto friendly option. Actually, it was a two meal day. I had a lettuce wrapped teen burger at lunchtime while I was at the mall with my family! So good! The best part about omad is the flexibility. Here is what I ate today. No dessert today.

Flashback to day one, if you are considering one meal a day or omad. This is me at the start of my journey. 


Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
