OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 83! Day 12 of the ketober challenge!

Hi everyone: It's day 83 of the omad lifestyle. Also day 12 of the keto ketober challenge.

Dinner: beef with broccoli

Dessert: cloud bread, cream cheese, coco polo chocolate, pecans, and coffee

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
