Day 82 of #omad Day 11 of #keto I'm doing the #ruledme #ketober challenge and I'm loving keto! Today I tried some #ketofriendly chocolate @cocopolosuperfood with #wholealmonds 70% dark chocolate. Sweetened with stevia. 😲 This chocolate was so good! 💥 I was expecting that stevia after taste but their was zero stevia after taste. Just pure beautiful chocolate bliss 🍫. So it is possible to have beautiful treats on a #ketogenicdiet Yay! This is my go to chocolate. Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
