OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 102! Day 31 of the ketober challenge!


Hi everyone: It's day 102 of my omad experiment and today is the final day of my keto ketober challenge. I think I did pretty good. I've decided to continue with keto. I love eating high fat and low carbs but I do miss my fruit. I really do. So I intend to have some cheat days so that I can eat my fruit and sweets. Here is a recap. My starting weight was 1671b. I am now 134.6. So far a lose of 32 pounds. It has taken me 3 months to lose this weight. I am currently in maintenance mode. It feels great to write that.

Here is what I ate today!

Dinner: bacon, eggs, avocado, and zoodles with chicken

Dessert: coffee with cream and molasses

Flashback to day one, if you are considering one meal a day or omad. This is me at the start of my journey. 

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.

OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 365! COMPLETED! WHAT'S NEXT???

Hi friends: It's 365 days of omad! I did it! I ate one meal a day for one year!!! During this year I did do some extended fasting...
