OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 77! Day 6 of the ketober challenge!

Hi everyone: It's day 77 of my omad journey! Also day 6 of the keto challenge. My scale finally showed a change. .4 pounds lost. I am now 8.6 pounds away from my goal weight. My energy levels are getting better. However, my acne is back. I think diary is the culprit. This week I did have tons of dairy. Dairy seems to be a big part of keto. 

Dinner: bacon, eggs, salad and salmi


Dessert: strawberries and coffee with cream/molasses

That's why I love #onemealaday I'm not the type that likes to measure or weigh or count calories. I'm feeling full and satisfied today. I'm liking keto. Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
