Hey guys: I am on Day 22 of omad! Today I didn't feel hungry today. I'm wondering if my body is now adapting and accepting my new lifestyle. I walked 5.4 kms. My meal was so good.
Dinner: chicken chili with cheese, and tortilla chips
Dessert: mango, papaya, coffee with cream and organic blackstrap molasses

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
