VACATION MODE! BREAK FROM Intermittent fasting!


Hi everyone: This morning I decided that I would take a break from omad. I really felt that since we were on vacation. I wanted to experience all of the wonderful foods of Montreal such as poutine, chocolate, and smoked meat. I'm not sure when we will visit again. Here is the damage.

Breakfast: egg bacon wrap and coffee from Tim Hortons

Lunch: shared the following with my family: wings, french fries, poutine, and salad

Dessert: Massive chocolate ice cream

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
