Hi everyone: Its Day 40! I broke my 48 hours fast with this delicious dinner. So happy to be back on track. Back to one meal a day for me. Once you find something that works for you. Why not stick with it?
Here is what I ate today:
Dinner: baked chicken and salad
Dessert: grapes, ginger chai tea

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
