Weight loss secret: I EAT ONE MEAL A DAY! - DAY 17!



Hey guys: I am on Day 17 of omad! It's Friday!!! Usually, we get takeout or go out to eat. Tonight we decided to go to Swiss Chalet. I love their food. I don't usually count calories. However, tonight I noticed the calorie count on the menu for the different meals. The dinner I usually get is the quarter chicken dinner with fries and bun...1280 calories...how interesting. I don't think that I am consuming enough calories. I'm going to make an effort to eat more during my one meal a day.

Dinner: chicken thigh, fries, dipping sauce and bun
Dessert: no treat tonight

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
