Hey guys: This is Day 15 of omad! I can't believe that I have been eating only one meal a day for 3 weeks now. I'm stronger than I realized.
Dinner: lasagna, caesar salad
Dessert: a bowl of fruit (watermelon. mango and almonds), coffee with cream and blackstrap molasses

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
