Hi everyone: It's Day 38 of Omad! I'm experiencing my first one meal a day dilemma. I have planned my mini vacation with my family for months now. My daughter and husband eat 3 meals a day with snacks. I think the reason that I have been successful is that I have kept myself away from temptation. Things are going to get tricky. There are so many delicious foods that I want to try in Montreal. However, we will only be there for 2 days. I may have to take a break from omad while in Montreal. My fear is that I will binge. My only deviation from omad was a cup of coffee with cream during our drive. I love road trips. Please pray for me.
Dinner: cheese pizza, vanilla ice cream
