I EAT ONE MEAL A DAY! - DAY 33!


Hi everyone: It's Day 33 of my omad experiment! So far I have lost 17 lbs.  I also wanted to share that you can eat whatever you want once a day and still lose weight. I am NOT counting calories. I see many people talking about shirataki noodles. They are very low calorie and filling. They take on the flavour of whatever they are cooked with. These were delicious and extremely filling. 

Dinner: 
shirataki noodles, chicken, and salad

Dessert: 
coffee with cream and blackstrap molasses

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
