Weight loss secret: I EAT ONE MEAL A DAY! - DAY 23

Hey guys: I am on Day 23 of omad!

Dinner: Subway Turkey sub and tortilla chips

Dessert: peanut butter chocolate ice cream, no coffee today
What I ate today! 🍽Day 23! 🙂 #omad I fast 23 hours and my eating window is one hour. August 11, 2017 - I didn't feel incredibly hungry but I did crave specific foods. I eat between 5-6pm. 💥 Food eaten: Tortia chips 🍞 🧀 Turkey breast subway sub on Italian bread with lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayo and cheese. 🍦 🍫 🥜 peanut butter chocolate ice cream 💦 I drink 1 gallon of water daily. I also take one teaspoon of #blackseedoil Can't wait to share how much weight I have lost. I will share an update at my 30 day omad mark. Posting what I eat keeps me on track. Black Seed oil for WEIGHT LOSS UPDATE + Omad Intermittent fasting Day 11

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
