Weight loss secret: I EAT ONE MEAL A DAY! - DAY 30


Hi everyone: Here is what I ate today! It's Day 30 of my omad experiment! I'm down 17 pounds. I never thought that I could eat one meal of my favourite foods and still lose weight. I feel great. My energy level is incredible. It is wonderful to eat my favourite foods and still lose weight. At first, the weight came off fast. As I am coming closer to my goal weight the weight loss has slowed to a weekly loss of 2 pounds. I'm working on my update video. I hope you will check it out once its posted on youtube!

Dinner: Popeyes chicken, avocado, and salad

Dessert: watermelon, coffee with cream and blackstrap molasses

Black Seed oil for WEIGHT LOSS UPDATE + Omad Intermittent fasting Day 11


Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
