I EAT ONE MEAL A DAY! - DAY 31!


Hi everyone: Here is what I ate today! It's Day 31 of my omad experiment! I always prepare so much food for my one meal a day but I'm never able to finish my meal. I was not able to eat the beans or cucumbers. However, my body seems to be craving high fat and low carbs. 

Dinner: eggs, bacon beans, avocado, and cucumbers

Dessert: cantaloupe, coffee, cream and blackstrap molasses

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
