OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 37!


Hi everyone: This is Day 37 of my one meal a day journey. I enjoyed my meal today, However, I couldn't finish. Next time I will make only one egg.  One egg was so filling and I also feel that I am still feeling the effects of my 3-day fasting. 

Dinner: egg puffs, bacon, and beans

Dessert: cantaloupe, coffee with cream and blackstrap molasses

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
