Weight loss secret: I EAT ONE MEAL A DAY! - DAY 29

Hi everyone: Here is what I ate today! It's Day 29 of my omad experiment! I can't believe that tomorrow will mark one month! I am amazed that I succeeded. I have lost more weight than I imagined I would. I feel great. My skin has cleared up. I have noticed that my digestive issues have improved drastically. How is it possible to eat all of my favourite foods at one meal and still lose weight! What a concept!

Dinner: salmon, avocado, and veggies

Dessert: peanut butter ice cream, coffee with cream and blackstrap molasses

Black Seed oil for WEIGHT LOSS UPDATE + Omad Intermittent fasting Day 11

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
