OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 70!

Hi everyone: It's Day 70 of omad Whohoo! As I mentioned to you all I am still losing weight but I'm also trying to maintain. I'm experimenting with keto and low carb. Today I tried @wholesomeyumblog fat head pizza recipe. I added bacon to it. It was delish. I thought I could eat the whole thing. No way...1/4 of it was all I could finish. It was so filling.

Thanks, @wholesomeyumblog my daughter and I had fun making the pizza. 

Dinner: fat head bacon pizza, salad

Dessert: sunflower seeds, and coffee

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
