OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 62!


Hi everyone: It's Day 62 of omad! Yesterday I tried stevia for the first time. I'm not a fan. I didn't like that aftertaste.  Back to molasses as my sweetener today and forever. 

Here is what I ate today!
Dinner: salmon, shrimp, salad, veggies and avacado

Dessert: mango, sunflower seeds, coffee with cream and blackstrap molasses

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
