Hi everyone: It's day 45 and I've had no problems sticking to my one meal a day lifestyle. It's so easy if I stay away from temptation. I tried jackfruit for the very first time. It's a cross between a banana and pineapple. I love both fruits. So I loved jackfruit. So good!
Here is what I ate today!
Dinner: chicken wings with salad
Dessert: green smoothie, jackfruit, and milk

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
