OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 65!


Hi everyone: It's Day 65 of my one meal a day lifestyle. Today the family and I went to Kensington Market in the heart of downtown Toronto.

Kensington Market is a walkable bohemian neighbourhood that draws artists and tourists to its indie shops, vintage boutiques and arts spaces. The Market is also home to a wide array of specialty grocers, bakeries and cheese shops. Hipsters frequent trendy bars, cafes and international restaurants that range from casual to fine dining. 

I went there with the intention of sticking to my one meal a day lifestyle. I was taken over by all of the beautiful food. I compromised and I had two meals today! Just swipe on my instagram image to see.

I also tried kombucha for the first time. Kombucha is a variety of fermented, lightly effervescent sweetened black or green tea drinks commonly intended as a beverage for health benefits. I loved it. Yummy.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
