OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 67!

Hi everyone: This is day 67 of OMAD! I'm now trying to maintain the weight I lost and getter closer to my goal.  I'm now exploring keto but I'm still going to stick with my omad during the week. I made cloud bread for the first time. It was so easy to make. I think it turned out pretty good. My family enjoyed it as well. 

Dinner: cabbage and beef

Dessert: cloud bread, sunflower seeds, coffee with cream and molasses

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
