OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 52!


Hi everyone: Fasting for 4 days has inspired me to eat healthy and to keep it light. I love omad because I can eat whatever I want. However, if I am only going to eat only one more. Why not make it healthy?

Dinner: bone broth soup with vegetables and mct oil, salad with dressing

Dessert: strawberries and jackfruit

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
