Day 61 of #omad Yesterday was my 60 day omad anniversary. I had recorded an update video and while editing I decided to hold off from uploading because I haven't reached my goal weight just yet. I'm 12 pounds away. So please stay tuned for that video. I've lost 25 pounds so far. Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
