OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 66!


Hi everyone: It's Day 66 of omad! I tried a lettuce wrapped burger today from A&W. Actually, my first one was yesterday and I just had to go back to get a second one. So good!

Dinner: lettuce wrapped double teen burger, bacon, chicken and salad

Dessert: coconut chips and cashew milk

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
