OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 64!

Hi everyone: I had a case of "eyes bigger than my tummy" I was not able to eat all of my meal. I seriously forgot how filling fat actually was. The bacon and eggs were so satisfying. I lost 2.6 lbs this week. I'm getting closer and closer to my goal weight. I wish I had taken more before pics. Folks new to omad, intermittent fasting or keto please please take lots of before pics. 

Here is my one meal for today!

Dinner: bacon, eggs, and avocado
Dessert: jackfruit, coconut chips, coffee with cream and blackstrap molasses

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.

Hi friends: It's 365 days of omad! I did it! I ate one meal a day for one year!!! During this year I did do some extended fasting...
