Hi everyone: I completed my 48 hour fast and I feel great. I broke that fast with my favourite meal! After an extended fast my eggs are always bigger than my stomach. I was not able to finish this meal. Has my tummy shrink???
What I ate today:
Dinner: bacon egg, avocado, noodles (couldn't finish)
Dessert: chocolate chip cookies and milk

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
