Hi everyone: It's Day 51 of my omad journey! I woke up this morning 1.8lbs lighter not sure why? I ate bacon yesterday! I started to weigh myself every morning just to see how different foods affected my weight. High carb foods such as pasta surprised me in a weight jump. High fat, high fiber gave me a whoosh in weight loss. My 96 hour fast gave me a boost in weight loss and incentive to eat more responsible this weekend. I really wanted a burger at McDonald's but I went for the Caesar salad/grilled chicken with extra bacon.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
