OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 57!

Hi everyone: It's the weekend! Yay! I love my one meal a day lifestyle but the weekends are the toughest for me. Saying no to many lunch invitations is not easy. I have been successful because I have stayed away from temptation. Many of my social interactions center around and involve food. Usually, on the weekends my daughter and husband love to get lunch at the mall. It is not easy watching them eat lunch. Today I gave in a little. I drank a coffee with cream and blackstrap molasses. However, I didn't join them in having a meal for lunch. It was tough. Their food looked so good. I will wait to eat my meal at dinner. My meal from Hibachi Grill! So good!

Here is what I ate today!

Dinner: beef with mushrooms and broccoli

Dessert: spirulina, jackfruit and avacado

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
