Day 53! My #omad Today's meal was #chicken with #shiratakinoodles topped with a #jamaican #avacado #salad #mango for dessert. Also a cup of coffee with #cream and #blackstrapmolasses for my sweetener and #greyhairreversal I drank almost a gallon of water today with apple cider #tea I could not finish this meal. Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
