Hello everyone: It's day 125 of omad! My goal is to reach 365 days of eating one meal a day! So far I love it. I love challenges. Eating one meal a day is easier than you think. Once the body gets familiar with a new way of eating on a regular basis. It adapts. I feel so much better eating this way. I sleep better. I feel that my health and digestion is much better. I am not a fan of restrictive eating, weighing food and calorie counting. Omad certainly works for me. I'm so happy that I found this lifestyle.
I broke my fast early today! I usually break my fast at 5pm and enjoy dinner. Today I was out shopping and I decided to have lunch with my daughter at @mcdonaldscanada They have a promotion right now....a coffee any size for 1.00 I was surprised because I am not a fan of McDonald's coffee. I ordered a medium but I should have ordered a large. The coffee was really good. Promo ends December 10th! After this promotion, I will certainly buy their coffee again. I also had the ketogenic friendly caesar salad with grilled chicken. So good! This is my favourite salad. Just add your dressing. Shake and eat! I'm so full What a satisfying meal.

How I lost 30 pounds in 90 days!

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
