Hi everyone: It's Day 120 of my omad lifestyle and Day 49 of keto! I'm thinking about taking a break from keto. I'm finding it too restrictive. I really miss eating rice, bread and I miss fruit so much. Today was a two meal day. I enjoyed a lettuce wrapped teen burger from A&W and for dinner, I had two chicken thighs with zucchini noodles. Dessert was the long-anticipated coco polo hazelnut no sugar added bar. I did mention that it is sweetened with stevia. I also made myself an avocado smoothie with heavy cream and raw honey.
I've uploaded a new video. I vlogged my entire journey while I did my longest fast! You can view it here. Not only am I happy that I did this fast but I'm really happy that I recorded the journey.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
