OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 108! Day 2 of 6 day fast completed!

Hello everyone: Its Day 108 of omad and Day 37 of #keto This is Day 2 of my 6-day fast attempt. Around the 30th hour of this fast, I had a migraine and didn't want to take Tylenol because I am doing this fast as more of a wellness cleanse. At the 38 hour, I took Tylenol. Then a nap. I'm feeling much better. I walked 1 hour today. I didn't feel hungry all day. The biggest temptation is cooking dinner for my family. Tips: keep busy, drink lots of water, you will lose weight so make sure you have fat to burn, listen to your body, no exercise required, listen to your favourite music, check with your doctor before attempting... I look forward to day 4, 5, 6 the feel good days.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
