OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 117! Day 46 of keto!


Hi everyone: It's day 117 of omad and day 46 of keto. When I woke up this morning, all that I could think about was pizza. Eating pizza is not a keto friendly food due to the high sugar content in the crust. I planned to eat pizza for my dinner omad. I found a way to get around the keto rules. 

I used Joseph's Lavash flatbread. I baked it for 2 minutes on each side. Then I added my toppings. One serving is 120 calories and only 8 net carbs. Next time I will make only half a serving because the entire serving was very filling. I couldn't finish it all. It was good. Craving satisfied!

Here is what I ate today!
Dinner: pizza, salad, eden pumpkin seeds, nush carrot cake and coffee with cream and molasses

This my second time trying the Nush carrot spice cake. The low carb grocery store had them on sale so I bought 4 of them (1.50 each). I must say that I am not a fan of them. I didn't like the flavour. It is not sweet. The texture was very sandy and it lacked the sweetness that I was expecting. I love that the entire serving is only 3 net carbs but it was too bland for me. Maybe I will give them another try with another flavour in the future.. I have read so many great reviews about them. I wonder which flavour is the best? I may try the banana nut cake in the future if they are on sale only.

I finished my bag of Eden pumpkin seeds in two days. I could have finished them in one sitting. If you like spicy, salty, low carb, keto friendly snacks. You will love this. Only one net carb per serving.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
