OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 121!

Hi everyone: It's day 121 of omad! This morning I went for a long walk. I walked about 10 kilometers. In the next few months, my walks are going to limited due to the snow and bad weather. I'm still going to do a light workout in the morning. Possibly I will do my Billy Blanks workouts.

I was so hungry today. However, I still fasted for 21 hours and I had an eating window of 3 hours. Whenever I have a longer eating window I do find myself snacking even after I have had my meal. I snacked on so many things today...parmesan crisps, keto bread with cream cheese, blueberries and pumpkin seeds.

Here is what I posted on instagram:
Dinner: steak with mushroom gravy and homemade coleslaw
Snack plate: coco polo hazelnut chocolate bar, sunflower seeds, coffee with cream and molasses

I've uploaded a new video. I vlogged my entire journey while I did my longest fast! You can view it here. Not only am I happy that I did this fast but I'm really happy that I recorded the journey.

How I lost 30 pounds in 90 days!

Flashback to day one, if you are considering one meal a day or omad. This is me at the start of my journey. 
Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
