OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 115! Day 44 of keto!

Hi everyone: It's day 115 of omad and day 44 of keto. I miss certain foods while on the keto train. I miss pizza so much. So today I made myself a pizza using Joseph's Lavish Bread. The bread is in the form of a wrap but the wrap is huge. So I only used half of one. A half of the bread is only 4 net carbs and 60 calories. I added a light layer of spaghetti sauce no sugar added spaghetti sauce, a half a cup of mozzarella cheese and about 12 slices of pepperoni. I baked it for 10 minutes. Set your oven temperature to 400 degrees. If you like a harder crust bake the crust first for about 2 mins. Then add your toppings. Then put your pizza in the oven for no more than 10 minutes.  This pizza was so good! Just sayin!

Dinner: pizza, salad
Dessert: sunflower seeds, coffee with cream and blackstrap molasses

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
