Day 106 of #omad and Day 35 of #keto This is my last meal before my longest fast attempt ever! All of my faves #bacon #eggs #avacado #sunflowerseeds #coffee #cream #blackstrapmolasses I wanted to make this a high fat #lowcarb meal. I'm going to document my 6 day fast via video YouTube. My last 4 day fast was too short. Right at the 3 or 4 day mark. I felt so good and energetic. I will be on here... liking all of your delicious meal pics. I have great week everyone! 😍😊☕️✌🏾

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
