OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 110! Day 4 of 6 day fast completed!

It's day 110 of omad and Day 39 of keto. I have completed day 4 of 6 of my fasting challenge.  When I checked my Instagram one of my wonderful followers posted this comment. "You are getting over the hump today, things are kicking into high gear. You scientifically they say this is when autophagy really starts to do the most. Just imagine better skin, better joints, longer telomeres, pathogen eradication. You are becoming a leaner, cleaner, and younger." Reading that comment really made my day. That is the reason why I am doing this fast. Exactly, for the health benefits.

I did weigh myself this morning because I know that many of you are curious about weight loss during fasts. I'm down about a pound in one day. I have continued my normal exercise routine. I go for a long walk before starting work daily. I walked for one hour but I could have walked 3 hours. I am working on a video documenting my journey.  I will have more details for you all. I just wanted to share that I feel amazing.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
