Hi everyone: It's Day 124 of omad! It's breakfast for dinner today!
Dinner: Baked zucchini noodles with cheese. I added two fried eggs. I can't have eggs without bacon. I always bake my bacon at 400 degrees for 20 mins to get super crispy bacon. Flipping it every 5 mins ensures a evenly cooked deliciousness.
I am so happy it's Friday. I'm looking forward to spending some time with my family. I hope everyone has a great weekend.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
