OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 113! Day 42 of keto!


Hi everyone: It's day 113 of my one meal a day lifestyle. I was looking forward to my meal tonight. Believe it or not, I'm still feeling the wonderful effects of my 6 days fast. I have not gained any weight back. I have so much energy. I tried the Nush carrot spice cake for the first time. It only contained 3 net carbs. Wow! The taste was interesting. I wasn't a fan of this snack but maybe next time, I will try the banana version. I was expecting more of a cake texture and taste. My husband really liked it. I bought four from the Low Carb Grocery store. I'm sure my husband will eat them. 

Dinner: bacon, eggs, and avocado

Dessert: nush carrot cake and coffee with cream and blackstrap molasses

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
