Hi everyone: It’s so funny how the mind works. While I slept I was in panic mode. My brain was freaking about the fast. My brain was bargaining with me and trying to talk me out of my plan. I even started to feel hungry which was very strange. I usually fast for 23 hours and I have a 1-hour eating window daily. Anyway, I know that this hungry feeling is not real. I went for a long walk after driving my daughter to school. I drank lots of water throughout the day. The biggest struggle was cooking chicken wings for my daughter and husband. I’m ready to tackle tomorrow. Day 1 completed! Boom!
Day 107 of #omad Day 36 of #keto I will be attempting a 6 day fast. I have done 24 hour, 2day, 3 day and my longest was a 4 day. Right at the 4 day mark I started to feel amazing and energetic.
