Hi everyone: It's New Year's Eve and it's day 158 of omad! I'm spending this day the way I always spent it. Dinner and a movie with my husband and daughter. For the last 5 years, we have spent it at Moxies. My meal started with shrimp tempura! It was delicious.
Then I had my entree which was peppercorn steak. It was also delicious.
Flashback video! I wanted to share with you all my thoughts about my first 30 days of trying the keto diet. I'm starting to realize that everybody's journey on keto is very different. Then I had my entree which was peppercorn steak. It was also delicious.
I ended my meal with this beautiful carmel cheesecake topped with blackberry sauce. It was unreal.
Then we visited Landmark theatre and saw Downsizing. It was funny and surprisingly good! We brought in the new year watching Dick Clark's Rockin Eve. Mariah Carey slayed. Happy New Year everyone! Wishing you all the best for 2018!!!!

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
