OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 142! Day 3 Carnivore diet!

It's Day 142 of omad and day 3 of the carnivore diet. Ok...it's been a rough couple days. I have had this headache that will not go away. I'm wondering if it is because my body was so addicted to carbs. Now I have been doing keto for about 2 months but it's been lazy keto. I don't count macros but I did try to keep my carbs low. Some people that do strict keto and then try this carnivore diet seem to have an easier time. I wonder if I am having the keto flu. Check out this infographic of the keto flu via paleomagazine.com 
 
Hmmm maybe not! My only symptoms are headaches only. I have been eating lots of fats. I have been adding sea salt to my broth. I have been drinking close to a gallon of water a day. I have been exercising daily. I wonder if I am not eating enough calories. I am still doing one meal a day. I do get full really fast. I may just have to add more fats such bacon, mct oil, and coconut oil to compensate for the lack of calories. 
Here is what I ate today! 
Dinner: two eggs, a bunless burger with gravy and cheese 
Dessert: five slices of oven baked bacon

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
