OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 135! Billy Blanks Taebo!

It's day 135 of omad! This morning it was raining which meant I couldn't go for my daily walk. I walk for about an hour a day which works out to about 7500 steps. I didn't let the rain stop me. I did a home-based work out. I'm pretty old school and I love my Billy Blanks dvd's. Billy Blanks Taebo Platinum Collection is my favourite. It has 4 full workouts. This morning I did Cardio Explosion. The workout was for about 1 hour. So I didn't feel so bad about missing my walk. You can also find Billy Blanks on youtube. There are no excuses. If you can't afford the buy the dvd, you can always watch from the comfort of your living room via his youtube channel. Youtube channel here: Billy Blanks Youtube Channel I really feel that once you have lost your weight. It's important to maintain. Exercise does the body good. Especially for people that suffer from not getting enough sun. It's important to get out of the house. Feel that sun on your face. Smell those roses. Live your life. No excuses!
I broke my 22 hours fast with this beautiful dinner. Crustless pepperoni pizza, asparagus, and bacon. I had a craving for blueberries. So blueberries, coffee with cream and molasses for dessert today. Craving satisfied! Yum! I'm still incorporating keto into my diet. Yes, I did have blueberries. However, moderation is key. I never have more than a cup. A cup seems to satisfy my cravings.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
