OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 145! Day 6 the Carnivore diet!

It's Day 145 of omad and Day 6 of the Carnivore diet! I weighed myself Saturday morning. I am down 2.2 pounds. So I am currently at 131.6 pounds. I will not be weighing myself daily. I did pause the carnivore diet for both Saturday and Sunday. I did continue with my omad. Omad has become quite easy. I did sip coffee throughout the day. So I guess that could be considered a cheat. I am considering doing the omad/carnivore/zero carbs during the weekdays and on the weekends I will be a little less strict. I am in maintenance mode and I feel great. One benefit of the carnivore diet is that I am noticing fuller and stronger hair. As for today, I fasted for 20 hours and I had an eating window of about 2 hours. I do not count calories. I eat until I'm full. Here is what's for dinner!
Dinner: T-bone steak

Dessert: 8 slices of bacon
I am seriously stuffed! I could not eat another bite.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
