OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 137! Dream Bagels :)

Hi everyone: It's day 137 of omad! I had breakfast for lunch! One of the reasons I love omad. I can eat whatever I want even breakfast foods for dinner! I had bacon, eggs, and dream bagels. I bought my bagels from the low carb grocery store. It has only 1 net carbs and it's keto friendly. It actually tasted quite good. I would buy the Dream Bagels again! I also had sunflower seeds and coffee with cream and molasses for dessert! 

In a few days, I'm going to be doing another challenge. I love challenges. @myketonoms started the Zero Carbs for Christmas Challenge. It starts December 14-24. The hastag is #zc4Xmas. Here are the do's:
1. Eat meat (mostly red)
2. Eat fats (butter, oils)
3. Eat cheese (mostly 0 carbs labels)
4. Eat eggs (limit of 4/day)
5. Drink water and coffee
6. Use minimal dry seasonings
7. Optional: 2 Tbsps Heavy Whipping Cream per day

Here are the Don't:
1. No vegetables or fruit
2. No sugar alcohols
3. No artificial or natural sweeteners
4. No diet soda or drinks with sweeteners
5. No shellfish
6. Nothing over 1 carb on the label

I thought you might be interested in the details. I will definitely be doing this. I will still be doing my one meal a day minus the carbs. It should be interesting because I love to have my bit of sweet with my meals. So I know I'm going to miss my coco polo chocolate and blackberries. I know it's important to change things up. I want to enter into 2018 with many challenges crushed! It will be exciting to try out this no carb and mostly protein and high-fat diet. Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
