OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 146! Day 7 the Carnivore diet!

It's day 146 of omad and day 7 of the carnivore diet. What's for dinner today? I cooked jerk chicken wings for dinner and made oven baked bacon for dessert. I love my bacon super crispy. So I bake it at 400 degrees for between 17-20 minutes on a sheet of parchment paper. The secret is... do not preheat your oven. You will need to start checking it after 10 minutes depending on your oven. I like to flip it every 2 mins or so.  
I have not had any coffee for two days. However, my mother in law brought me the gift of @timhortons coffee. I couldn't resist this. I did add 1/4 teaspoon of blackstrap molasses and 2 tablespoons of cream. I cannot drink my coffee without molasses. 

I could probably do this zero carb diet on the weekdays long term because it does work well with my lifestyle. But I will not be as strict on the weekends. I have absolutely zero cravings during my daily extended fast. However, if someone brought me a slice of cheesecake or a coco polo hazel chocolate bar I would probably eat it. No, actually I would eat it. The secret is avoiding temptation. I do not have foods that tempt me in my house.  I am happy that the protein and fat seem to carry me from meal to meal. I fast for 22 hours daily and have a 2-hour eating window. I can't believe that I have been doing "one meal a day" since 7//17/2017. The carnivore diet is definitely a step up from the ketogenic diet. The first week was bumpy but now I'm starting to like it. No more headaches. I have added more fat to my meal.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
