OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 139!


Hi everyone: It's day 139 of omad! I'm still doing keto but not strict keto. I do not measure or track. I eat until I feel full. I am still maintaining my weight so I must be doing something right. This beautiful meal was delicious. The @kzcleaneatinginc chia crisp bread topped with cream cheese was a yummy keto friendly addition to my snack plate.
Here is what I ate today!
Dinner: chicken thighs and string beans
Snack plate: crisp bread with cream cheese

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
