OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 144! Day 5 Carnivore diet!

It's day 144 of omad and day 5 of the carnivore diet! I'm still doing my Billy Blanks Tae Bo workouts daily. It has been too cold to go for my walks. Today I ate a chicken thigh and leg with grilled hallomi cheese/salmi. My dessert was bacon! Once I was stuffed. This zero carb diet sure is filling. I'm full without the bloat. It's Friday! Yay! The weekends are always a struggle for me. So we shall see how I make out.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
