OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 141! Day 2 Carnivore diet!

It's Day 141 of omad and Day 2 of the carnivore zero-carb diet! Completed. I had a headache today. Not sure if it was caused by the zero carbs. Thank you, Tylenol for your help. I tried halloumi for the first time. Halloumi or hellim is a Cypriot semi-hard, unripened, brined cheese made from a mixture of goat's and sheep's milk, and sometimes also cow's milk. It has a high melting point and so can easily be fried or grilled.  I used my George Foreman grill to prepare it and it was delish. If you haven't tried it I suggest that you try it asap! I also ate a huge plate of red pepper oven bake wings. I was missing sipping on my coffee so I heated up some chicken broth. That seemed to satisfy my sipping craving. This meal was extremely filling. I haven't weighed myself. I will on Saturday. I'm excited to see if I have lost any weight. My digestion is good and so is my energy level. My workouts are much easier. I am sleeping throughout the night. So far so good!

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
